Buying or Selling your home?

Buying or selling your home can be daunting.  If you are selling, then your realtor's job is to get you the best price for the home you would like to purchase.  If you are buying, a realtor can make sure that you do not pay more for a house than it is worth.  Once the deal has been made,  the lawyer steps in to move the transaction through closing.  I will review the contract of sale to make sure that it incorporates the terms of the sale to which you agreed.  I will also review the title report to make sure that you are purchasing or selling good title to the property.  Finally, I will attend the closing with you to make sure you understand the details of the transaction and that you receive everything  to which you are entitled.
